3. International Festival of Colours

... is over! On the weekend July 5th/6th we saw amazing facepaintings from pros as well as from teenagers in eight competitions at the "Waldsee" in Freiburg. The themes "Just stolen" and "Funny" inspired the professional artists to fantastic faces and made the decision tough for the judges. In the end it has been Mark Reid and - as last year - Evelina Iacubino, who took away the trophies and 1000 Euro in GRIMAS products each. But take the tour with our gallery, a picture says more than a thousand words. Make sure you also stop by at the school contests and see what the facepainting future came up with.

I would like to take the opportunity and thank every single painter - you make this festival possible - and the judges Raphaelle & Gary Fieldhouse, Ursula Haas und Bert Verstappen.
